Ever notice that most recipes serve 4, 6 or 8 people? What if you’re only cooking for two? Rather than spending your precious time reconfiguring recipes, check out Eating Well magazine’s “Healthy Recipes for Two” section. They have numerous healthy meal recipes, already scaled down so there is less to store after preparation (or in many cases, less to waste, since leftovers often go uneaten.)
